1. Services

Becky Hunt offers individual life and identity coaching services including single sessions and coaching programmes. All services are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payment is required in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Becky Hunt reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited without refund.
For coaching programmes: if you wish to cancel after your first session, a partial refund will be considered at Becky Hunt's discretion based on sessions already completed.
Becky Hunt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. You will be offered an alternative date at no extra cost.

4. Confidentiality

All client information and session content is treated as strictly confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or safeguarding obligations.

5. Coaching is Not Therapy

Coaching is distinct from therapy, counselling, psychiatry or any other mental health service. Coaching does not treat, diagnose or cure mental health conditions. Clients experiencing mental health difficulties are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, choices, actions and results. Becky Hunt is not liable for any outcomes — positive or negative — resulting from coaching sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Becky Hunt — including but not limited to The Choose Yourself Method, guides, worksheets and frameworks — are the intellectual property of Becky Hunt and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@beckyhunt.co.uk.
